Terms and Conditions of Business

 

Repairability

All products will be repaired to a functioning state subject to the following:-

1. Units with burnt pcbs and/or pcb tracks cannot be repaired as they may invalidate EMC regulations.

2. Units that have excessive electrical damage cannot be repaired as their future reliability cannot be guaranteed.

3. Units with corrosion evident from water ingress are also beyond repair.

4. Component availability/obsolescence.

All unrepaired products will be returned as received and will incur no charges.

 

Firmware upgrades

Repaired Products will be upgraded to the latest Manufacturers’ firmware where possible.

Please note that any saved strategy may be lost during the testing process.

Warranty

All repaired products carry a 3 month warranty.  This relates only to the failure/s that have been replicated/repaired and does not cover any subsequent failure to any other components or un-related circuits to the original fault/s.

 

Lead times

Our target is to turn around your products within a working week from receipt.

If your request is urgent, just let us know and we will prioritise them.
